According to The Hollywood Reporter, Willow Shields has been cast as Prim Everdeen in The Hunger Games:Lionsgate’s Hunger Games movie has found Katniss’ younger sister, Primrose Everdeen.
Newcomer Willow Shields will play the role, nicknamed Prim in the books, the studio announced Wednesday. The actress joins Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss, Josh Hutcherson as Peeta andLiam Hemsworth as Gale.
While THR says this was announced by Lionsgate, please consider this a rumor until we receive official confirmation.

She is a beautiful little girl. Any information on how old she is or her height? None of that is on IMDB yet.... She definitely looks like she could be both the sweet naive Prim in the first books and the strong Prim in the second and third.

From other pictures on Imdb she looks really young. Like the 10-12 range. Bravo Casting Department!
